Changed my mind earlier in the week about going today thank god I did,was it the normal Barrett balls up and incompetent management by Taylor??? Who ever recommends that Taylor stays in charge must be away with the fairies!! Are we going to get the three points needed to stay up? Taylor and Barrett have got to be gone for tbe start of next season no matter if we go down or stay up!!

I normally wait for a match report from someone who was there before assuming anyone's had a bad game. Are you just saving time ?

I listened to the full match on BBC Radio Kent and even they were saying one of the worst games they have seen Gills play

Was Peter Lloyd there as well ? He usually thinks we can get a result right up until the final whistle goes.

Ha ah Yes he was but I think it was Matt Cole with him. I do like listening to them when Gills play away. But I also looked at The Wall on the Gills official site and the comments did not seem to indicate anything other than we were being thrashed.

Why such a poor result. For a start Orient played well. But where was the game plan, the passion, the marking. Some gills fans turned on Taylor during the game and while I did feel for our boss.Frankly he did himself no favours the only changes were token ones. We had so little too offer.Man of match for us I would give to hess but he was not good.

I think its fair to say, stato, that Taylor is back to needing a good finish to the season to get the job. I'm still sure we are safe regardless, but Scally won't want us to end on a poor run. That was part of the reason he gave for sacking Allen.

I can understand the supporters frustrations, but one week they cheer him (pt) and sing his name and the next they want his head. Orient played us off the park and every one, bar Cody as he was just chasing shadows with no service were absolute rubbish. Martin spent most of the first half on his arse, either being skinned by their right midfielder or slipping over - for Christ sake somebody buy him so old style boots with studs other than those bloody multi coloured blades that he seems to use! The players should be ashamed of themselves as they just didn't perform and I am sorry but that ain't down to the manager - can't see many of them getting a new contract next season and we should all be pleased with that. Sorry, off me soap box now, but spent around £85 to watch that crap and my lad had been I'll all the previous night and got out of his sick bed to go - felt so sorry for him and ended up leaving before the end of a game for the first time in 40 years.

1154 I think was the official number. Shame as atmosphere pre game was fantastic.

Frankly I can't believe that muppet and others can't see how many mistakes Taylor made. 1 Bringing in Innes in place of a fit Davies.Yes I know he had a poor match at Stevenage but so did everyone else. There was no leadership there which is the thing most young defenders need. 2 The team picked should have included our best holding midfielder Gregory without a doubt. Also Bayo and Dack would I believe been a big improvement. 3 Not having McKain on the bench at least at 2-0 he could have moved Lee forward and taken almost any one off. 4 The set up 4-5-1 it worked at MK Dons but on the tighter pitch against the stronger attacking side we let them at our weak defence. 5 Asking Harriman to stick close to fhe centre he clearly was as he never got near Cox their winger. The players have to take a lot of the blame but so does Taylor.
