It's going to be a difficult night against a good side, but we do perform against the best sides in this division, so hopefully a Cody goal will give us a much needed victory tonight. Fingers crossed. Gillingham 1-0 Preston.

Thank goodness for a sensible thread to comment on. Yes swansgills888 I think it will be a very difficult night. It may be very windy which won't help but I do think we may pull something out of the bag tonight, Will shall miss Diug Loft but I am hoping Keds may be fit to play. If he does play doubt he will be fit enough to play full 90 minutes.
I think score line could be 2-1 to the Gills as I expect to see something from PNE. I have to go to every home match with optimism as I can't see any point in going expecting to lose. GOYG

It will be a long trek for the PNE squad about 260 miles, stopping somewhere to eat and loosen up, in this weather. Let's hope by the time they come out to kick off the are thoroughly fed up and not looking forward to a five hour return journey. I know they are meant to be professionals but before the weather changed they might well have been treating this game as a walk in the park. We need to attack from the kick off take the game to them and see if they are up for it. My prediction 1-1. My hope 2-1.

Not liking the injury news and lack of defenders, but hoping for a 2-2 or sneaking a win 3-2. COYG
