Still say we should all reserve judgement until you have at least found who the new man or woman is who is going to take us forward.Give them a chance to bring in fresh faces then in about mid Feb/early March we will know if it was a mistake getting rid of Taylor.Nobody is going to bring him back he's gone move on.We all want the best man for the job can we not agree if the new man proves better that Taylor his sacking was right if worse then his sacking was clearly wrong.I know we are never going to agree who that man is but if we move up the table then clearly he is doing a good job.If we get someone who is out of work then clearly Scally should have been able to move quicker. If however it is someone with another club then the delay could be dictated by that club.Only time will tell if Scally was right and the timing may never be clear granted.

Agree with the theory of what you say stato, but the fact remains that the timing of Taylor's dismissal was poor to say the least. True it is now water under the bridge, nothing can be gained by looking back, however the new person is stuck with our last incumbents squad and unless PS moves very rapidly there is very little chance of them building their own squad/team within the January window. We will, therefore, be back to the "Old Boy" network of relying on the loan system. Certainly still feel that it was a big error to rock the good ship Gillingham FC in the manner and at time ""chosen" for the deed.
