Their number 27 Cannon should have got an Oscar for his performance today. Good 3 points for us but we should have found the opportunity to score again once they were down to 9 men. Don't know about anyone one else but I was entertained today.

Disgrace their 27 and he should have been booked for his play acting. As to the game, thought it was dire and was glad when the final whistle went.

Sorry, but I go to be entertained and certainly wasn't today. With a 9 man opposition we really should be able to put a few passes together, but couldn't and be spreading play wide to run them off the park, we didn't. If we had we should have won by another one or two

As other post, then go out and play. As a number of supporters around me were saying, it looked like most of the team had already gone on holiday.

Firstly must say 3 excellent points. Thought the the game was entertaining until the D'Urso factor kicked in,do not think for one moment that the refs job is easy and in this case Andy D'Urso consulted his assistant prior to the first red being given. However do agree with the two managers comments that the red cards disrupted play, feel that it must leave a feeling of apprehension in the players, affecting their approach to the game. A positive for Rochdale was that they did not let their heads drop as a result. Unfortunately I have yet to attend a game with Andy D'Urso in charge that has not ended without controversy. Would now be nice to end the the season on areal high, max points from last two games and a win on the 30th COYG

Commander. How was Andy D'Urso contraversial ? I thought that he was quite lenient during the first half and there was certainly no issue with the two red cards. They were both "nailed on" decisions. He even made sure that he got the first one right by consulting his assistant who had a better view because he was bang in line with the incident and flagged for it. As for the game, I would sum it up as "Must do better against 9 men in future"

I thought the ref did ok and agree it was good to see him taking the time to consult his assistant, as it should be.
It was a very disappointing game (apart from the points) If JE is taking a look at all the players you'd think they might put in a bit of effort.
AND i really don't get 5 across the middle if you're not going to use the width.
Of course the points and safety are great but we're still paying their wages and deserve better, so I'm with grumpy Muppet .
Still got next year's ticket though!

Totally agree about the 5 across midfield and no width, it plays into the oppositions hands.
