Andrew Crofts could return to Priestfield tonight. But after such a run of injuries can he ever return to the Brighton starting line up? If the answer to that is no could a gills return on loan be a possibility. I have to admit I am. not sure about such a move but still feel we need at least one older head out there. If he can get fit and Brighton are willing to do a good deal then a loan could be a option worth considering. I will watch with interest tonight as I believe Andrew still lives local and there are few local options below the championship.

Was a very decent player and we could do with him, but only if fully fit, which he hasn't managed for some considerable time. Therefore, agree trueblue.

After last night I have to agree. In many ways it maybe best if JED holds back on any signings until there is a clear need. Although I would be happier if there was a more commanding vocal player out there. Someone who knows when to play a quick pass and when to sit deep or just hold on to the ball.

Loft could do that stato, as long as we have a stronger team across the park unlike last season. Hopefully, the new signings and team will allow for this.
