in great form. Will he be called up to NI's squad for France 2016? Lets not get ahead of ourselves now ehh, IF he can keep it up for the next 8 months and bang in another 30 goals then who knows, but for now lets just enjoy his form.

Only saying that NI haven't got too many prem quality players. I can think of of a few league 1 players in their squad.

If he stays scoring they will definitely be looking closely at him as they need strikers, but a tad early for me ATM

This is always a problem when you have a young up and coming team every other Manager wants to take it apart !

It is no bad thing to have players that other managers want. If you have one or less you have a problem but at the moment there is almost a list this had to be good news. Managers wanting our players know scally can drive a hard bargain. On top of that there is less reason for a player to want to leave when he sees other good players in the team. On top of that to have good players on the bench clearly will keep those who are playing on their toes. If you have a team full of players nobody in your league wants you are only going one way out of your league and that's down. If we are push to selling a player to a bigger club it can n be on our terms and as long as scally can see that JED is moving the team forward I am sure most of the money would get reinvested.

Can also have a negative effect by unsettling players and the team.

Now proving to be a very good signing and a big well done to the club for spotting him and getting his signature.

All season I've wanted to see Cody and Rory together, and I've wondered why Jed hadn't tried it. I was beginning to think he had the same reluctance to play Cody as mad dog did with partnering Cody and bayo together until it was forced on him. Maybe though its because Cody wasn't match fit and Jed thought Norris was doing OK. Now Norris is unfortunately injured hopefully Cody and Rory will strike up a good partnership

Rory certainly begining to show his worth, perhaps Cody now has a chance to improve his match fitness and obtain sharpness in front of goal.

Looking at his record Rory seems the sort that needs to be happy at a club to reach the high standards he is setting. He has already stolen Cody's crown so to speak. He and Dack could be part of the reason why Cody has struggled this season. Cody is not used to being number two to anyone. But Rory is perhaps more likely to set up Cody than Norris has thus far. Has anyone who was at Crewe any thoughts on the injury front? Do we need another Striker in? Or could we go with Rory up top supported by Mcglashan and Dack or even Dickenson or is Cody likely to be fit? As I read somewhere that both Norris and Cody picked up injuries.
