again 888 is back to spouting utter rubbish, Norris is a good, young, hard working, decent player, and he is an important player for the gills.

Norris always gives 100%, even if he isn't the most gifted forward, im pleased he's back in contention!. Will cody ever recover to be as potent as when he partnered Akinfenwa?.....I hate to say it, But i doubt it!!....

I love the fact that we're the highest scorers in the league despite never (apparently) having a decent fit striker
It's a team game and it's that that's bringing this team success far greater than the sum of its parts

muppet....i have seen him play plenty of times and still come to the conclusion that norris is not a very good player in my eyes, i don't want to upset anybody but that's how strongly i feel about him and probably next season will prove that point if we get promoted. in the back of my mind i feel as though we could be even more lethal with a better striker than luke, feeling good about the gills apart from that.
up the gills!!!

Have you seen him play alot this season swans? As he was keeping Rory and Cody out of the side for most of the early part of the season and he deserved his place as he was one of our best players in most games. He might not take every chance but what striker does at this level and if they do there not at their clubs for long just look at Washington. The amount of work Norris puts in makes him a threat to any defence.

when all our strikers fully fit cody, donnelly, samuel and norris, luke is 4 choice in my opinion.

888 Do you not see the irony in saying "if we get promoted" and "Norris is not a very good player" in the same sentence? He's been the most consistent striker we've had. Not the most talented when some of the others are on form and fit, but by far the most consistent.

The Norris debate! To me he has not shown he has been the most consistent striker this season but his ability to win balls and strength in holding defenders off is a positive, first half Saturday he didn't do that but he scored our equaliser which is a plus! To me he is not a out and out goalscorer but I am hopefull that a run in the team will iron out that deficiency in his game! Confidence breeds success so lets hope Luke proves his detractors wrong!

According to Kent On Line Rory should be back training on Wednesday and fit for the Blackpool game. Suffered a back injury.

Would like to see him back and paired with Norris for our next start.

If Samuel goes back that will be our starting pair.
