Big Al previews Saturday's referee - Another rookie in his first FL season. Players had better be careful as he has issued 10 reds in just 28 matches this season including one to Josh Wright. Now on GillsConnect - tinyurl.com/jshy3oy

Thanks Al, and yes Muppet, he does appear to have been very quick on the draw with his red card this season. At first when I looked at his record for the previous three seasons I thought his number of reds was normal but, of course, he had fewer games in those seasons so I guess, pro rata, he flashed the red just as regularly. In any case, all the players tomorrow should be careful so as not to get in his bad books.

Hope his justification for his red cards was better than his justification for a lot of his decisions of Sat.

Utter joke he was Saturday and seeing their second goal again how he doesn't give a foul is beyond me.

Somebody made a point a number of weeks ago, recently promoted refs are struggling at this level.

Well, no red cards but what a B awful performance by a thoroughly useless ref.
