There is currently a lot of misinformation peddled on this board concerning the liabilities, ownership and control of GFC. Most commonly excuses are offered for what are essentially the Chairman's actions by saying 'it's the club ,not Scally'
So let's clear up a few matters. OWNERSHIP The football club's shares are 75% owned by the holding company, GFC Holdings Ltd. The holding company has just one director, PDPS, who therefore controls the football club. The next highest shareholder has just a 2% holding and with 75% of the shares Scally has absolute direction of the club. There are just two directors of the football club, so no board of management or 'senior management team'.
THE GROUND GFC Holdings owns the ground, which is currently valued at £4 million. So the club does not own the ground, Scally does.
LOANS and Three Directors LTD The club owes a business called Three Directors Ltd £1.8 million. TD Ltd has no other business activities or assets. Its directors are Quarrington, the delightful Mr Anderson ( currently held on an FBI investigation) and Scally. Please note that Mr Scally is still shown as a resident of the United Arab Republic, no doubt for tax purposes. To maintain this status he will have to be living there for most of the year.
LATE FILING Accounts are still overdue. It's worth noting that the registrar of companies issued a series of striking off notices against GFC holdings including a final one on 20 April this year, which was only lifted as recently as 28 April 2021. This appears to have been issued because of a previous late filing of accounts .
I hope this will forestall much of the nonsense posted in an attempt to mitigate the personal responsibilities and actions of the chairman. Nothing can be done without his express direction and everything associated with our finances and policies lies at his door. I think the above is what some might call evidence.

Possibly, others will know better than me. But I wouldn’t be confident in any of that due to reasons of actions of Scally the past. Steve, it’s quite plain what Summerwell is saying, you’re being obtuse again.

Steve, it’s quite plain what Summerwell is saying, you’re being obtuse again. It wouldn’t be too hard to find out, I just don’t feel like paying the land registry to see a copy of the deeds etc. I tried searching, and everything says the GFC Holdings sold the ground back to the clubs, for considerably less than they paid for it, in 2011.

My sources are primarily the Government's official site...find and update company information...supported by other free company check websites. Evidence of what ? It utterly refutes the claim that 'Scally doesn't own the ground the club does", what's more all the prime commercial transactions are attributed to GFC Holdings. It also makes quite clear that there is no shared responsibility for GFC behaviours and actions .
It also shows that Scally still shares a company directorship with the disgraced Anderson and that Three Directors Ltd has a significant financial lien over the club
As the newspaper article you refer to made clear, the ground was owned by Priestfield Developments ( now dissolved) ,ie by a Scally controlled company ( you can still find details of who owned it) and was sold to GFC Holdings for that miserable sum. In effect this handed Scally a nice asset at a fraction of its true value. Our revered chairman was being economical with the truth when he said the club owns the ground. It doesn't - GFC Holdings owns it and Scally owns GFCH lock, stock and barrel..
You can go on denying the facts as long as you like -I've no doubt you think Trump won the election.
We can only speculate on why no accounts have been filed and why this has happened again. The resulting current transfer embargo is more evidence...this time that the way Scally runs the club directly impacts on the quality and numbers of our playing staff and the manager's ability to do his job.
Finally the sites confirm that Scally is a resident of the UAR, not the UK. Undoubtedly this is because there is zero personal income tax there. So even in a year when the club made half a million loss, he was taking £14000 a month tax free in consultancy, never mind his family payments and any travel/exepenses he chooses to charge. Our Chairman, fond of boasting about his concern for fairness when he feels he has been mistreated, doesn't even contribute a penny to UK taxation and our societal infrastructures like the NHS.

Michael Anderson who is still a director of Three Directors Ltd.
Gillingham's former vice chairman was seeking £900,000 from the club he was owed for loans and interest.
The move came after his US healthcare fraud in Florida.
The FBI still investigating Michael Anderson's involvement in the club. According to accounts. Mr Anderson invested £400,000 directly to the club and a further £600,000 through a connected company - Three Directors Ltd..which holds the assets to the stadium. Also laundered £500,000 to to Dubai.
The American authorities issued an Interpol'red notice' against him.
The warning signs about Mr Anderson was already there. He was involved with Aldershot Town and Kettering Town. Both team getting into financial difficulties in the early 90's.
Also he quit Ipswich Town as a director after only 3 days. He tried to make a donation to the club.
Mr Anderson in 2005 was a director of the following companies that supplied pharmaceutial products, as follows :
Meds Global Inc Medipharm Medcenter Inc Medcenter Inc Medi-Pharm RX Inc MSE Pharmacy Inc
Michael Anderson used the name Michael Boxted or Lord Michael Boxted in his business dealings in the US.
David Sheepsanks at Ipswich Town smelt a rat once Kettering Town and Aldershot Town came to light back in back in early 2006. His shady past involvement in those clubs rendered him unfit to be associated with any football club....Apart from the Gills !!
Then in 2009 Scally makes him vice- chairman of our club and you could see what was coming.
I am sure all Gills fans can come to their own conclusions about the fiasco.
The clubs finances involving Anderson monies will affect the club's ability to move forward.

Do they though, because the articles I linked to said that The ground was being sold back to the club with GFC Holdings acting as the vendor. I’m not sure the GFC Holdings is able to sell the club to itself. Do you have a copy of the deeds that would state who the owner is? I couldn’t see anything in the GFC Holdings accounts that specifically listed Priestfield stadium as one of its assets.

My word- you genuinely are that thick. I never said GFC 'sold the club to itself' , the Development company sold the GROUND to GFCHoldings. It is listed as an asset in the company accounts and you can download a copy of those from the governemnt website I mentioned.
I have come to the conclusion that you are simply a wind-up merchant. Nobody could be this dense and and still feed themselves unaided.

Titans were the children of the Gods in Greek mythology so your analogy is bizarre to say the least, however I'm sure our resident ref appreciates your support, even though it's in a failing cause. Like him you are a persistent apologist for a man who has exhibited contempt for both the law and his fellow citizens.
Check out your own posts too, nothing worse than being hoist on your own pious petard with your piece of sanctimonious drivel.
Easiest route out is simply to admit I was right and you were both wrong but that will challenge your sudden attack of moral rectitude.
