What are your expectations for the 22/23 season?
Personally I think it’s a little too early to make any firm predictions as we still need to see how the transfer window pans out, as the quality of players we get will obviously have an impact on that.
With that in mind, at the moment I think that we should be aiming for play offs, or maybe 7th if the league is particularly strong.
Of course it would be nice to go up as champions, but I don’t think that is particularly realistic, unless Harris works some magic on the transfer front.

As you say a bit early to predict, but in all honesty I would love to stay up with us actually keeping to a plan to produce a team with plenty of youngsters and a decent youth structure. I’ll reserve a final prediction until pretty much season start.

I fully expect top 3, best manager in league 2 He certainly worked wonders when he came in, not sure I share your optimism at the moment though.

Agree with muppet. Too early given the massive work needed on the squad. It’ll all depend on who we bring in up front and how reliant on loans we are.

Trying to finish above Walsall and Stevenage will be a huge achievement this season.
Realistically mid-table with the players we have at the moment.
Maybe, we better off playing in the mid-week 5 A Side League.
Forgot, we don't even have a keeper or enough substitutes.
NH is scouting for the remaining 9 to 10 players from Falkland Islands Reserve League.

Generally find you need to have ten games completed before there is any realistic idea of form/quality. I 've been impressed by Harris and remain cautiously optimistic that he can assemble a competitive squad- so far we have almost no idea about playing strength so expectations are on hold.

At swan ,you are correct we would struggle with 11 players

If you’ve only got 11 players reporting for training, no goalkeeper, a striker I think expectation levels must be modest. Mid table I reckon he makes a few decent loan signings. Going up, I think is wishful thinking.

This won’t be easy of course but I would not be surprised if Harris takes us up. If Stevenage have any money Evans will probably go close, I can’t see Flynn necessarily taking Walsall up.

Fanciful stuff mate. Look at the money the likes of Stockport will be throwing at promotion. Decent manager or not if you don’t have a squad you aren’t going to get very far. A lot of these teams have proven goal scorers and settled squads. We have neither.

Looks like we will try and win games this season without any reckonised striker(s).
Play for 0-0 and have a go last 10 minutes in games. Lol
If we get desperate not sure if any Chatham Town strikers would want to join a team like Gills at the moment.
A club in turmoil.

That doesn’t of course cover up the fact that the club is run by a loser and a waster, in my humble opinion of course.
