My biggest problem with the list is the release of Ike Orji, Matty Macarthur, Ronald Sithole, Josh Chambers, Kieron Agbebi and Nathan Harvey.

Orji was signed for the future, with the B team in place. Now I believe Harris was behind the B team, but it cannot have been him alone, so abandoning it after such a short time shows either lack of foresight or lack of a committed plan.

Gerald Sithole was moved on, because at the time his brother was a much better prospect - what happenned there ?

Josh Chambers - lorded as having a great future, but not to be rushed into the first team.- so what's changed

Matty McArthur - again was being touted as a great prospect

There appears to be something seriously wrong in the clubs set up in developing players.

I agree. Macarthur has always looked good when I've seen him. Saw orji play for Chatham a bit and he looked decent, but it's a big step up. Either way, it's a big flip flop to move away from the b team so quickly. Slightly concerning.
