A MOM performance from our goalkeeper. Terrific 3 points.

Based on current form Masterson sits on the bench when fit. Ogie/Ehmer excellent again yesterday. Not heard Swan slagging off Ehmer recently!!!??

Kane89...interesting comments from a new member, obviously have Gills running through your blood. Maybe you have an Uncle or someone who introduced you? If you re at a loose end I'll meet up with up with you in Kent and buy you a pint...bring the family. Yeah some may call him a Donut but I call him Unc 😂. Agree that Barrow won’t be easy, but I’m looking forward to being back at Priestfield. Catch you after for a catch up Unc.

I'm looking forward to Barrow, we have an amazing home record, the best defence, an amazing midfielder in Little and a reborn Lapslie out to make a point, plus we have Big Nev up top as opposed to sicknote Andrews, brought in by the previous manager and his assistant who had him at Rochdale. Not to mention options aplenty on the flanks. Looking at the results, Barrow have been fortunate in their fixtures and this will be a bigger test for them than it will for us. I just think our more positive manager will outthink their negative one and a bit like Saturday we had the better team.

Agree medwaystandgill, however, let’s hope it’s not a banana skin.

Agree medwaystandgill, however, let’s hope it’s not a banana skin. Fingers crossed, but if we play to the best of our ability, we should win. Hopefully our team will just go about their business with no fuss.
