If you read the Mirror or Kentonline you ll see the latest petulance. I wonder if he believes himself? He got it in before thursday and he reckons hes going to court but I really dont know what he thinks he can achieve or what he is after personally. Cant see it coming off even with corkscrew, reckon the galinsons would gave checked their rights. Even his few fans have had enough of him.

We all knew that the hoodwinker could not keep his mouth shut.
This piece of @hit always looking to play the victim card.
But Gillingham fans or anybody who knows the club's history well, will see through his fascade, this vile person is proper scum.

I think even those sympathetic now just want to see the back of him. He just needs to go gracefully now

The word gratefully is not in his vocabulary.
He needs to treated, like how who he treats all Gills fans with distain.
Send him to Pluto on a one way ticket is the only way to shut this disgusting person up.

Scally resorting to the courts ? Probably the least surprising action of his entire relationship with GFC. Claims he loves the club, so when a majority express their desire to get shot of him, he is looking to take even more money out fit. THE most appalling hypocrite, dissembler and narcissist.

So basically, he's got his nose out of joint because he no longer gets his 'consultancy' job. Don't try to tell me this isn't about money. He's a grifter.
This is a comment from another site about Scally after shareholders were sent another letter revealing more detail about last years fallout. Its probably about right. Seems there was a problem with the accounts in Scallys mind which he objected to...the mind boggles doesnt it? Whether the alleged incident took place at Bradford sometime later I allegedly dont know.

I've no doubt this is to do with money and his pension fund that was Gillingham. The truth is the Galinsons have brought in Comper who has the energy and will to run the club like it should have been for the past 10 years. Why on earth would we then pay Scally 100k plus to consult for us, when actually his presence was detering investment for the club. I think if he genuinely was happy to step aside as probably first agreed then the Galinsons would not be taking these measures. Everyone I know and spoken to at the club, cannot praise the Galinsons enough. The term "breath of fresh air" comes up all the time. Tile to move on.

SW, I understand you had dealings with him, in what area? No ,I didn't. I merely researched and listed many of his aberrations, feuds, court cases etc. He is still the only league club Chairman to have got his club convicted of racial offences and his behaviour generally is typified by the loan of £250,000 he took from two directors of Watford FC and then defaulted on . They had to take him to court to get it repaid despite him saying they were his friends and how hurt he felt. Rather like now. Then there's the curious case of him selling the ground to himself, something that was written up in a national newspaper and never properly explained. His son and his wife were both given 'jobs', in the latter case it was a consultancy; ie merely another way of him extracting money form the club inn a 'tax-efficient' way , much the same as his Dubai tax status. He always trumpeted about beating Pulis in court but in fact we had to pay up £70k of TP's contract, not to mention court costs. Perhaps most outrageous of all he breached FA guidelines and was fined £10k for betting on Man City to beat us at Wembley. What kind of odious club chairman bets against their own team ? !!!

Legal issues aside, he is no more in terms of involvement at the club.

As the Sales Manager back forty years ago,in London ,we had sales men and women from many different types of business in our head office every day trying to sell our organisation just about everything under the sun, from toilet paper to office furniture to life insurance, and of course copiers. We used to jokingly call the copier salesmen ," Promise Them Anything Sales Men "I hate to say it and if you were a copier salesman please don't take offence but they were the biggest Bull S**ters of the lot. There is an old saying, A tiger ever changes it's stripes.
