Well theres a thought that a manager cannot withstand a straight run of six defeats. Bearing in mind that Gillingham FC are run worse than a Kent League club the blame can be spread about, so that alongside injuries plus how quick they got rid of Harris to no avail and then the ineffective Clemence, may all together buy him more time. So I got to thinking how long does he have if we lose or even draw at Swindon. I expect us to lose but a point is possible. Wright will be after us again and Swindon will see it as a perfect time to get their season on track. So I predict that because of all the above he will get another 4 games making ten since the garbage started. I expect us to lose all but one of those with a draw home to harrogate and even that's optimistic. That will give us 20 points. My guess is that will put us at around 18th and falling, for me it's too close to oblivion and Brad will have to act, no manager can survive that, hes a dead man walking and he probably knows it. I expect him to be gone by November 25th at the latest. Anyone like to share their ideas. I would say that he ll be replaced by either Woodman which would be a risk or Ainsworth, which I would back. We need to start thinking on these lines.

Donut, As I said before, what is this continuous campaigning against Bonnor all about?
I’d rather he is given the time needed to turn this awful period around.

Well just going on normal periods in this modern football world of ours, as a businessman yourself you are well aware that the owners and the club cant stand for a losing run such as we re on especially with no sign of it halting. You know it affects healthy sales of all kinds and attendances which a business of any kind cannot absorb easily. Take away our opinions, the morals of it, even the common sense of it, the Club simply cannot carry on as a successful business like this. If we didn't have Windows and we could do something about it now, he perhaps would survive, but this is the system. Better to end it in this short term if you feel the manager cant stop it. If you feel very much this way even with a Window to perhaps try to put it right, this manager will have to go aswell, reluctant though some may be. Someone has to be brought in who can get this lot singing at least half a tune. 3 managers gave been unable to but I believe they're all pretty much of the same ilk, they're too soft and they havent got what it takes. I hope you can see my logic, I expect it to happen and you know I'm probably right.

I cannot understand how removing another manager would change this squad of players. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

I’m pretty sure you’re not as you didn’t answer the question.
You just want to sack every manager we have.

The run we have been on is not great, but there are fine margins in most of the games, although Tuesday despite all the shots was pretty poor from a defensive view. If we sack Bonner we then have to appoint another manager with the same squad. From what I know the players are right behind him as they were Harris and more upheaval won't do any good I feel. Just because we have one of the larger playing budgets it doesn't guarantee promotion like so many have said just ask Bradford or Mk dons how easy it is to get promoted. The Galinsons need to realise that as do we the supporters. If a manager is clearly out of his depth and lost the players and support like Evans did, you have no choice but to act. Bonner has been left with a lot of dead wood and injury prone players, yet wants to play a forward pressing game. Obviously if things get really bad then matters will be dictated by the table and matchgates, a bit like at Millwall last year with Joe Edwards. I just hope he gets the results to buy him the time until January and ship off half a dozen players on the wage bill.

I'm only answering the questions posed. It may be dull, and soon enough we ll find out whether it holds water.
