decent second half display from the gills, Cody Mac getting of the mark, midfield a litttle lacklustre in the first half, but eventually, found their feet, and played reasonably well, back 4 did okkk, a little shoddy at times. overall a little disapointed with some performances, but none the less, a decent 3 points for the blue boys

He looked quite good when he came on, had great skill, however, i worry that he is only a confidence/impact player and needs LOTS of urge to take a player on a really get running at them so thats why I think he is an impact player. He looks as if he could add a bit of balance to the team and play right midfielder because unlike today with betley and spiller, he is a true wide man with lots of energy and trickery. Good addition to the squad however will have to see what he is like from the start but I would definately give him a decent shot because with him on the right and barcham on the left we have 2 great wingers on our hands and we would cause constant problems. Also I think the balance of the team was not right, spiller is not a left midfielder so we will have to settle for just payne and either spiller/weston and then play wide men because I think thats what will work for us. Todya, spiller was coming inside too much and bentley was just okay but not much pace so the strikers were not feeding off crosses but hard passes from lawrence and gowling. I think we will get the best out of everyone especially the strikers if we play with width and get lots of crosses in. Then the midfield will free up a bit and players like payne will start to play better. On tuesday, i doubt bentley will have the legs so I would definately give inkango a start. With 4 wingers on our hands, barcham, inkango, rooney and oli we have pace to burn and will cause lots of problems. WIDTH IS THE WAY FORWARD AND IM EXCITED FOR THE COMING GAMES BECAUSE I THINK SOME FORM IS ON ITS WAY UTG!!!!!!

I thought we were lucky to get anything from the game today as Burton should have been out of sight by half time. second half performance was a lot better but it could not have been much worse and the goal was awful defending from the free kick . \We had 3 queuing up to make the header. I thought Burton were the best we have faced at \priestfield this season. And they even had a tank bigger than ours :+)

Fair comments from jaybo, however felt we did not see that much of Bruce Inkango altough he certainly did nought wrong. Thought Matt Lawrence played well enough to be my MOM, with Barry Fuller giving an industrious performance. Lance Cronin produced a clean sheet, weel done , but hope he cuts the "heart in my mouth" momments. With ref. to the Bradford game Paul Scally said in the programme~ I can say, with some confidence, that we will play worse than that and win before this season is over~ maybe that was a predicition for this game.

Can not agree fully with svwhat, Bradford certainly had the first half but we were not short of chances and would not have said that Burton should have been "out of sight" at any stage
