Sounds like a good game so far, 3 goals in 10 minutes.
Better than I was expecting to be honest.

Well that didn't last long.
Still, worse things happen at sea

I don’t think anyone expected us to get anything. Wycombe and Fleetwood are the real tests

True, but aside from giving away two penalties in the second half it looks like the team gave a good account of themselves.

hessisgod...Blackpool and Accrington managed to get draws at Sunderland so that gives you an idea of how poor we are, defensively we are a shambles, regardless if we stay up or go down this season. Lovell is a second rate manager and always will be, anybody believes otherwise is deluded.

Look at it another way , Jon Witney who was recently Walsall manager before he got the sacked was a much more talented manager and coach than Lovell. Yet our current manager is somehow still here when he is the heart of the problem. He just cannot manage adequately at professional level. It's that simple. Any team that loses 9 games at home is in serious trouble.
Unbelievably, some fans think Lovell should remain here which is a complete and utter farce. Attendances have dropped off in a big way and club embarrassed to announce figures during matches because we are being laughed at from all corners of Kent and teams like Maidstone, Ebbsfleet and Bromley have closed the gap standard wise on the Gills who are stagnating and no vision of any success in the near future.
WE ARE IN FREEFALL !!!!

You should be happy, because you want us to keep losing, you've said so yourself. Sunderland are a very strong side, with players worth more than our entire squad. We were doing ok, holding them to a 2-2 draw until we conceded 2 penalties. If we keep playing like that then not all hope has been lost and we might just survive in League 1 by the skin of our teeth.

So do you mean Maidstone Utd, with the lovely Meccano Stadium, that are getting relegated to the Conference South or the Ebbsfleet players that haven't been paid in ages or do you mean the fantastic Hayes Lane set up, when were you last in Kent???

What then is the same argument for fixtures versus Portsmouth this season (i.e. Gills win both home and away)? Using the same reasoning, both Blackpool and Accrington are worse than us?

To be fair, stewie, Sunderland haven’t been in great form and I think that’s the point swans was trying to make.

Bluegill...If you have a moment listen to Tim Flowers on Utube post match ( Solihull Moors ). You can see that he will eventually make a decent league manager. The way he speaks, with a calmness and vibes he gives during his interviews shows he can lead MEN.
Listen to Lovell and everything is tinged with stubbornness and excuses and he lacks any kind of charisma.
Sunderland are a team in transition and defensively they are leaky, but not worst than us, but Lovell lacks the bases grasp of management and that is setting up, being difficult to breakdown. The fundamentals of management are alien to Lovell just like that fool Pennock.
Both are cut from the same cloth.
Narcissant. Screamer Poor communicator Always right Blamers Indecisive Vindictive Inconsiderate and shaming are traits of poor managers. Lovell ticks all those boxes.
This season is just a WASHOUT.

You said that you want the team to keep losing so that Lovell will get the sack. That means everything we lose you get closer to your preferred outcome, which should mean that every time we lose you are happy.
