I think we all know that Taylors time here is limited now. We got a lucky point when in all truth the scoreline should have been 3-0 or 4-0. It's really sad to see but our boss is losing the plot and I'm just counting the days before he leaves because we are a poor team under taylor and fresh ideas are needed because nothing is going to happen under this guy, he won't get another good manager job after this sacking because I have seen enough and believe me he will be gone hopefully after Preston games. No more excuses and no more time, time out, your gone !!!!!!!!

But very much entitled to your opinion. Personally looking for a good performance on Tuesday hopefully a win and some more incisive performances from the those creating the opportunities for Cody to add to his total

Blimey. Never mind glass-half-empty pessimism. This is a beer's-been-thrown-in-face, glass-filled-up-again-with-contents-of-drip-tray and I'm -being-forced-to-drink-it outlook. We always knew this was going to be a transition season; let's give PT longer than a quarter of it before we call it a failure.

Swansgills is never happier or busier than when the team is doing poorly. I can't remember a manager he liked? Thank god he's not chairman or we'd sack a manager more often than leeds

Hess... There comes a time when u can realise it's not going to happen, I want what's best for this club like any other fan, but we have not shown enough to convince me we are going the right direction.
I really want us to beat preston on Tuesday. I will be attending the game and the boys will get my support, but deep down I think Taylor is fighting a losing battle.

I think we all want them to beat Preston on Tuesday evening but everyone is very frustrated at the moment and it's coming out through all the recent comments. I don't think we would be on this site if we did not want anything but the best for the club and the players. I have a feeling that the gate will be low on Tuesday but I shall be there and making as much noise as I can. Our young team do need a chance and many of us were excited about a new young team at the beginning of the season. GOYG

Many fans are growing frustrated but frankly I and others said this season was to be a bumpy ride.We have the youngest team in decades and perhaps one that can improve year on year.Peter Taylor and Paul Scally have been inventive with there player choices this time around. But having a young side means if things do not go to plan you will have days like Scunny at home and MK Dons away.Swans at 44 you are still young enough to remember your early twenties what ever you were doing at that time my guess is you had good and bad days.Peter Taylor is not our greatest ever manager but he is someone who has had the guts to look to the future.Frankly that is hard to do at any level of the game.Being left with players under contract who he would prefer not to have has mean money has been tight. But lets look how that has been spent. Bywater, done well in the main his extra height has clearly helped the defence. Nelson,Given a new deal unlucky with injury but showed in the jpt how good he can be. G.Morris,Our best reserve keeper for a few years in my opinion. G.Hoyte, jury still out on this loan signing. A.Morris, A excellent versatile player who will be missed in the next few weeks. Egan,Top class at our level will get the much deserved player of the season award. Hause,A very good young centre back a international with England at under 20 a top class loan signing who because of his youth has had a few shaky moments. Davies,Many will doubt him but he has a great heart and will repay the faith shown in him given time. McGlashan pace skill and a good touch and control. Lacks that killer cross at times but a big step up from Weston in my view. Also should be noted that he unlike Weston can defend when needed. Hess and Dack Given long contracts under Taylor a big step forward a bit by bit they are showing their worth. Pritchard,A disappointment so far after early injury. We are yet to really see the best of him. Loft, class act who let himself down against scunny. But he will be back and we will miss him. Dickinson,Good pace a skill a little inconsistent but shows real promise. Kedwell,Picked over Bayo mainly due to the fact he can play 90 minutes when fit and also I suspect for his leadership.Bayo form and Keds injury point to a possible mistake on this on but a fit Keds will give everything we have missed him in the last month or so. Norris,Strong for a young lad good around prospect.Given too many games in Kedwell's absence. But we will see the benefit of that in the long run.
Given the club in tied to sticking to a strict budget I feel in the main Taylor new boys have done well. There have also been improved preformances from Joe Martin who is clearly benefiting from having pace behind him.

I'd agree with those, who see a positive trend. I must also record that on the evidence of his many posts swansgills888 never lets results, or events alter his settled prejudices about playing and management staff.

of course swansgills888 is completely entitled to his views and we respect that. Thank goodness that we don't all think the same as the world would be a sad place if we did.

Nice one stato and agree with the player profiles. Also gillsjan agree we need views from all sides to make this site work and as you say everyone is entitled to their opinion. If swans wasn't around I would have to argue with you and that just won't do.
