Abysmal for a cup tie. Is it accurate? I would have expected Bristol City to bring a 1000 or so. Sure way to get a change of management......drive down the revenue.

The attendance is a sign that nobody has faith in Taylor anymore.i know a lot of people. Who have already decided enough is enough. I have no faith in Taylor whatsoever and it's really disheartening. Hopefully Taylor will get the phone call Monday morning. Another poor showing today. How much more do we have to put up with. I'm fed up.

The attendance was poor because season ticket holders have the hump with the fact that ticket prices have been cut. I know a number who stayed away in protest as they feel they've been ripped off with their season tickets and treated poorly. 2,600 was truly shocking though.

I did not really expect a large crowd today. If we had been doing well in the league the gates would have been higher. It's obvious that if people do not expect their team to win they won't pay the money to go. It's only the diehards that will support every match.

Ive supported Gillingham Football club for some 43 years, i did expect this low attendance today, one thing that the Medway Towns wont tolerate is rubbish and being short changed ,whether it be the Theatre Royal Priestfield or the Central Hall...but on the other hand if we were to be successful then the south East would be our Oyster.. with a massive catchment area.. but for me not under Scally....

Diehard.... I agree totally, we have a huge catchment area and we are nowhere near doing enough to tap into the surrounding areas, due to the fact we are poorly managed team, run poorly from the chairman who lives in Dubai and only interested in lining his own pockets and the football is poor, need new chairman with a bigger outlook and vision something this club is clearly lacking, simple business ... Success on field brings in revenue and publicity, but the opposite brings bad luck and negativity something we need to resolve short before this club of ours can move forward, starting with a new manager , then in the short to medium term, new chairman.

Surely to "resolve" some of the negativity we could start with some of the whingeing gits on here? You for example 888 come across as one of those people who just seem to suck all the positivity out of anything around them. I wonder if you sit at your keyboard desperately trying to think up new ways to say the same old negative borefest. Negativity seems to ooze out of you like some rancid fug. You'll get your wish soon enough, PT will get the hook and you can fester a while until the next manager starts losing a few and you can get riled up all over again.

Blimey trigger don't hold back will you lol, although i to tend to agree with what you say, this is a forum and opinions should be welcomed and entitled, but their is a way to do it and 888 does just only ever come across as well...... as you say trigger. I want taylor gone, i never wanted him anyway, i think the rut we are in is a disaster, the fitness levels of the team are diving down, not helped by sacking our fitness coach, For me its one thing losing if you are creating numerous chances and not taking them, but from what ive heard in recent times we may only be loosing 1-0 - 2-1 but we are getting battered and offering nothing in terms of chances created, that, for me is the more worrying thing.

Well Triggersbroom this site is about opinions but can you honestly say Taylor deserves to stay! I never wanted him at the club in the first place other than coaching youth he has a appalling managerial reputation! I have been following Gills for 40 years( and its amazing for a man with such a glittering playing record ) Taylor is the only manager that has made me stop attending Gills games ,no logic in his decisions and there is no logic in the fact he hasn't resigned! Who will Scally bring in probably another yes man so sadly I can only one way for my beloved club Conference football!
