Sounds like a cheap Scally option!! He's probably heard from Barrett and Co that he's good!

Don't think he would be a very good appointment. Not been really impressed with him at afc Wimbledon, thought they would do much better with akinfenwa and tubbs.
I'm a huge fan of shaun derry because I know he will be a decent boss for us.
I hope Scally is looking at this post.
Dennis wise. Uwe rosler and Justin Edinburgh would also be good candidates too. Really do hope we don't have to wait for a few weeks. If we beat Coventry this weekend it might bu him more time, but lose and the new boss can't come soon enough.
Just wandering has there ever been a situation like ours where we have 4 guys in charge of the first team. I would be more than happy to join them and make it five or sell the vacancy to the highest bidder for a few weeks on ebay untill the new man comes in. Lol

And there lies the problem that Scally has. We have a manager being written off before he's even been appointed! He's moved Wimbledon on from relegation certainties when he took over to a position of comfort. The wombles fans seem to like him

Life's all about opinions Hessigod remember that!! Compared to Edinburgh and Kuqi hope I spelt his name right, he doesn't appeal to me.

I agree tbj and its also a forum for debate. What worries me is that if scally appoints him, there would be a number of fans who would get on his back from day one as he isn't Rosler or Edinburgh or whatever other person they want appointed

He sounds Wimbledon thru and thru, so it would be hard to get hold of him anyway!

I think whoever comes in ( kuqi all day long ) they will get a fair crack at the job, just like taylor did, but after Allen exited the door taylor in truth did not make us a better football team and I was not terribly confident he was making the necessary progress to satisfy most fans, I already made up my mind about Taylor early in the season and how easy we were to play against. I knew did down his days were numbered and thank god he has gone regardless of what has happened since because the bad feeling around with Taylor has been lifted.

He did have a fair crack at the job at the gills but he reached a point this season where I could see he was clutching at straws and it certainly proved I was right. Hess ..from the time he took over after 10 games the previous season up to the poor run, he was talking rubbish and I could sense he was a goner.
Thank god the guys gone. He can go to a non league side to carry on his 4 season project.

He writ himself off !! After quiet a few games fans can make assessment or judgements on players fairly quickly,in his case he kept banging on about time and long term when in truth be told there was very limited progress and footie was dire and exit door was heading his way because his stock will nosedive for sure after his latest sacking. At palace, stevenage and Bradford the general feeling was he was clueless and that same opinion was also cemented with us.
Leaving newport now. Heading to the game.

Regardless of your badly spelt posts, you admit you weren't prepared to give him a chance and also won't give any other manager a chance who doesn't bring immediate success. Says it all.
