I've just re-read the thread and I can't see a single conclusion made.

What has been said between the club and RK in private I don't think what Radio Kent reported was actually said in the courtroom. As far as I was aware they were the first to say that PS owned the flat.

I do despair at the attitude of some people on this board, I agree that Paul Scally appears to have overreacted but to say he has made the club a laughing stock as some on this board have stated is in it's self an over reaction. Since the news broke I have spoken to people in both Medway and Thanet some are Gills fan some not, most though were football fans.None had heard of the ban on RK by Scally. Some even thought Paul Scally had a point, but I was the only one who had heard the report, and that was on BBC South East Today. Most of them didn't care who owned the flat or even about the case. So to repeat. To say we as a club have become a laughing stock is as big an overreaction as Mr. Scally's, if not bigger.

someone saying on a opinion based message board PS is making the club a laughing stock does nothing and affects no one, PS banning RK can, does, is and will affect people, and the longer it goes on the more people it affects, so your point is silly and invalid, sorry.

You are right, Swanley. The court case and everything to do with it are now very much last week's news and well off most people's radar so please, Paul, get off your high horse and reinstate RK so that they can continue to provide news and comment on GFC for fans unable to get to the games and others in the county who like to keep up with local football. Listen to the aftermatch reports at 5pm on Saturdays to hear how Dover, Dartford,Welling and various other non-leaguers welcome RK to their matches and the interviews they give. It's all good publicity and presumably free.

If "football fans" in Medway and Thanet haven't even noticed RK aren't reporting games or speaking to the team/management, then the club really does have a PR problem! Football fans in the club's own area aren't interested in them!
I don't live in Kent, although am Gills through and through, I show quite considerable interest in my local teams and would certainly know if they suddenly dropped off the local radio station.
