Maybe it's just me but I've only just realised and I would have rocked up at 3pm Saturday, so posting this to avoid others making the same mistake.

I think it's because the last games have to be played at the same time and one of them must be on telly.

Well initially she seemed a bit shocked, but once new, many family members still with her, and we have to vacate hotel by 11, she was easy!!, but In reality as much as i want to see game, its of no importance to us, OK maybe for county?!!..

Think carefully. A game which, as you say, is "of no importance to us" on the one hand. On the other, a lifetime of her potentially using it as an example of how unreasonable and thoughtless you are in every argument. Just saying ...

If your heart says you shouldn't go to a match don't.I missed a game I had a ticket for in France a couple of weeks ago. Because I knew in my heart it was wrong for me to go. Enjoy your wedding day best wishes to you both. If you get to the match fine. If you don't don't let it get between you.

Well in all honesty i didn't attend game,as in reality didn't have enough bloody time, but did watch sky sports news for latest results,as they happened, and was shocked went 1 down, but with 3 in quick succession made me smile, and even my best mate, a Leyton orient fan stopped putting my gills down!!,as they were relegated anyway,as another crap away game at swindon. I bet the poor county fans could get out quick enough? ....UTMG's!!.....
