Looks like we've buckled and accepted the 400k. Shows how the market moves as he was a 2mill player only 18 months ago. I wonder if he's pleased he's got his move or he's reflecting on what a mess he's made of his career with his attitude. From the club's point of view, right to move him on before we get nothing but I hope we've negotiated decent add ons for him

The problem we have is his attitude was unlikely to get any better if we stop him moving. But hopefully they have worked something out just in case he comes good after moving on .

Reminds me of Danny Spillar. His "attitude" ?? I don't think I'm exactly going out on a limb to question his lifestyle and the performances and fitness since Scally didn't sell him in January 2016

Exactly, his lifestyle reminds me of Danny Spillar.
You can have all the talent in the world but you have to use it properly.

Kent on Line report Dack not travelling to NI for pre-season training, reputedly 500K up to >1M with add ons being tabled.

I'm quite happy with that deal if the money is used for team strengthening, as £500k buys a lot at our level. Maybe I shouldn't be too cynical (comes with age and/or being a Gills fan) but I think I'd be surprised (albeit very pleasantly) if it is. Prove me wrong Chairman Paul!
