Time to drop "Daydreamer Shad".
He has very poor concentration levels for the football league. Maybe playing alongside Ehmer is not ideal partner to lead by example.
Shad has and will continue like a headless chicken and his mistakes are too obvious not to be highlighted and picked up on.
We can see it so why can't rookie mouthpiece coach see it.
We be very happy once Clemence has been removed and I have never been wrong about managers in the past.

His last ditch tackle saved a goal last week. He’s also the only centre back with any pace. If we are playing with three centre backs who are you going to replace him with? Defence isn’t the problem I would have thought that was obvious.

It's glaringly obvious that in games where margins are tight and one mistake can make a huge difference and Shad has been a liability and no more excuses for somebody who is off his game consistently, he not anywhere near decent enough to play even National League.
Leyton Orient knew his potential and we fell for it. As much potential as Lewis Walker !!
Bring Elkan Baggott back anyway or Alfie Jones....Ogie is nowhere near them in terms of potential.

Steve...Shad has pace but positional sense is that of a Sunday league level.
Don't make excuses for a players who has very poor concentration levels.
Leyton Orient were not stupid when they let him join us just like Coleman. They were fringe players for very good reason and you can see they are nothing special and just passengers in a team going nowhere fast.
The lack of continuity and feel good factor among the players and management has filtered through to the teams inability to perform to acceptable standards.

He’s definitely not the player he was at the start of the season, but he’s a real talent. Again, is this another example of Clemence not able to get the best out of good players?

Only 3 teams have conceded less goals than us and he’s been in the team for most of the season. If you are going to point to the finger I would start up top and the failure to create first.
Really disappointed to see Hurtado go back he looked a real talent. The only flair we have has probably gone for the season.

Why is he a "mouthpiece coach"? I think Swans means he's a puppet for the Circus as John Sitton would put it. Shad is an excellent footballer if mistake prone, but then it is NOT entirely his fault, the problem is in front of him and it wasnt addressed in January. The Circus seems to have a narrow view, and their intelligence seems to be lacking. I would have thought a decent coach would have had us on the up, Clemence really hasn't done it, surely he should have. Stockport are having a rare problem, what better Match for them than us? I can see Wrexham and Stockport giving us a spank. A well deserved spank because they have better players and they are organised. Who's gonna do damage up front? Lapslie, Mahoney, Walker, Hawkins, Andrews? It's just not there is it?
