I can’t say I know anything about them, but I wish them all a successful time at the Gills.
Bonner seems happy with them and obviously he’s the one who has to be accountable for the selection.

The assistant has come from coaching at a higher level.
At least the structure is sorted now.

None of these guys played league football. True but Clemence and Stockdale did play at higher levels. Our best ever manager imo was a lower league journeyman as a player and had no problem managing in the Prem. |

Scott Lindsey, only played 12 football league matches for Gillingham in the whole of his football playing career.
He did great at Crawley last season.
Only time will tell if they are good enough.
