With just a week to go until Judgement day it is lovely to hear our old manager interacting with fans on social media. He clearly still has a lot of time for the club where he gave us an amazing season, but reading deeper it is clear like many others there was someone he didn't get on with, but he feels welcome at the club again. As we all know here Pdps could fall out with the nicest of people. Hopefully next week, a large hamster like shadow will be removed from our club and those that felt cast away for many reasons will return.

Not really wanting to open this particular subject. However, even if PS is removed as a Director I understand he will still own 25% of the club. Where does that leave the club?
I hope someone on this site can give clarification.
Also, If there are all these hundreds and hundreds of supporters staying away because of him, where are they. I look forward to seeing the attendances, annd season ticket sales increase after next week. I won’t hold my breath. All buster with no substance.

Reckon ignore Facebook rumours and talk. I'm not sure at all hundreds will come back GF, they would have by now as Scally is finished. Scally will own shares after next week but thats all. I own shares but as a minority, as is Scally we can do nothing. The point is he cant be in the club spreading his poison and interfering and he cant be a director. In other words hes finished and it's up to the stay awayers if they wanna come back, if they dont, they dont, wont make a lot of difference. As a shareholder I've voted by proxy for him to skidaddle, out of principle, my vote of course makes no real difference because the Galinsons have enough shares to get rid of him on their own.

Thanks for that explanation Donut.
I also own 500 shares and have also voted by proxy for the resolution. For no other reason apart from its time to move on.
UTG.

Bitter man, this ties up with everything I think we have all heard about Scally. While the first 17-18 years were pretty good, aside from a few serious errors of judgement. He turned into a character out of Shakespeare, convinced all were out to get him. The covid situation regarding taking people's season ticket was the last straw for me. He isolated every supporter and potential sponsor over the years. Not to mention manager's like Mad dog and Harris, whose exit he seemingly engineered,by all accounts mouthing off in mid September that he was going to get rid of him. The guy could have had a role with the Galinsons but clearly something has made them change their views on him. Roll on Thursday and whatever else comes out, following this preemptive strike in the media by pdps.
