His record must be one of the worst we have had, last 7 games lost 6 drawn 1 scored 3 let in 12. and he says they are playing well. We have no proven goal scorer and sign injured players Andrews been here nearly a year and play 6 or 7 games. Dack, will he ever start a game waste of money. Another shite season if nothing is changed,

Oh ye of little faith!!!
But yes, if things don’t improve pretty quickly, The Galinsons will have the decision to make. Stick or twist. AGAIN.

I’d imagine he’ll have November. Forgot Saturday- zero chance we win that. Away at Walsall- again, no chance. After that, Harrogate and Bromley. He’ll need positive results from the last two (4 point minimum) or I think the Galinsons will have no choice. If they make a change though, they need to wipe away the whole structure and accept that they need to move on most of this team in January and the summer as they’re awful. If we sack him, the season has gone. The stat is something like 2 managers in 20 years in league two got promotion when they’re weren’t in post at the start of the season. It’s probably gone anyway so they’ll need to work out the best structure for next year

Bonner can't be trusted in the transfer market, from what we have witnessed there won't be any league clubs interested in his services, I can't wait for him to exit our club, then we can focus on moving forward.
It's is obvious that MB does not a future at our club and I know for sure he will never manage in the league above. So now is the time end his tenure or watch the crowds drop.

I do not say anything with malice boys, if Bonner has in fact got some talent, it's possible after all, without experience to adapt what hes got or make sure, if the blame belongs with recruitment, which is possible and even if they go with him, that he is able to present that to Comper and Brad, I think Bonner will end up being the fall guy unless Brad is able to get shot of recruitment and get someone into properly help Bonner in January with some money. If not, he has to go. Question is when can we get shot of the directors of football and spend the money on players?

You wanted Harris gone and he’s now 7th in the championship. You know nothing. Basically we should do anything that’s the opposite of what you say.

Its being g questioned why we continue to play 4 2 3 1. Not sure whether this is fashion and dictated by silly figures on a computer about possession or not. It's being implied also that Hess, Jackett and maybe Bonner himself are addicted and utterly stuck to that system. I've done a bit of checking and none of those 3 have favoured that system. So why are we doing it, why are we passing it sideways and backwards with no eventual penetration? Why indeed. There has to be deep problems still at our club. I dont rate Comper either. The club is run badly, no one answers emails and the telephone is never answered...what sort of a company acts like that? It is a very poor symptom of a very badly run club and now we cant blame Scally. .or can we? The Galinsons must be either not used to customer service and structure or they re relying on people who talk but that's all. Either way tbe baby is theirs and they have to find people to do it or its.....National League, were not too big.

Once you start believing that football stats give you answers you're a slave to the data. Like any form of quantitative research, at best they merely point you towards the answers and sometimes even muddy the waters. It's using the inf , interpreting it and then applying it that holds the real skill.
I'm sure we've got many players whose pass completion stats are excellent - not that difficult when you never attempt an attacking pass ( Coleman) or whose yards run with the ball ( J Williams) never amount to anything worthwhile. Not sure what impressive stats Hawkins would produce, unless you count time on your arse.
Ultimately your recruiters have to build a side that has a mix of skills, not simply assemble a group based on opportunistic transfer/loan signings and you might think fitness would be one of the key ingredients for a successful side. I read with disbelief the statement about Andrews being good only for 15 minutes a game. That, gentlemen, means fit for nothing. We're told Williams can't do 90 minutes, Dieng seems to be similarly afflicted and at the moment Ogie is jogging in the park.
The only stats that really count are goals scored, goals conceded and points gained.

With respect Hess, That is not really credit to Harris.... long term, he doesnt set the world alight does he? Yet his PPG average in his time at gills was better than either Clemence or Bonner and substantially so in his last year when idiots like swans wanted him gone. Hows that worked for us?

Well, its hardly a feat being better than Bonner and Clemence. Thete probably is an issue with players which would explain some of the problem. You cant have Max as the senior centre half, the recruitment team should have realised that. You cant have a midfield with no bite...or leadership...ditto. Harris did identify this and he probably fell out with recruitment over it. I wont be happy until Jackett and Hess are gone. Feel for Brad because he is clueless and he needs help but I do not think this lot including Comper are helping him. Bonner will have to go unless he can earmark the underbelly and put them out to grass and get a chance to replace them in january but it's a big overhaul and I dont think he ll get the chance. Having said that i dont think he knows what hes doing, it's fairly obvious now. Unless there is a plan for him, he ll be gone very soon. I think hes accepted it and hes just waiting for his pay out.

But again, you’ve missed the point that the changes have and continue to make us worse. You can keep wanting to sack x,y,z as so many people did with Harris and I bet his laughing his backside off when he sees himself in 7th in championship and us struggling.

I think ive made it clear Hess that I understand what you re saying perfectly clearly, it's what were gonna do about it is the question and I'm fairly open as to who goes but Bonner gives me no confidence at all that he does know what hes doing and I believe there are others who would get a song out of this lot.
