That's a big ask..... We will certainly get a reputation for babes in the team...

Not sure that comparison can be drawn, but would surely like to see a few improve to a very good standard and help us in our promotion bid over the next couple of seasons

Frankly the team still appears to be molding into a unit. This season does seem to be more about potential than anything else. With English football in a deep hole development wise I am really pleased we seemed to have moved in this direction.Potential is all the side really has at the moment. But we saw with Jake Hess how quickly that can turn into a good player however he like a lot of the squad are likely to lack consistency.

Agree stato, pt has got to get the blend of young and experienced player right and pretty quick, but I think he has the ability to mould them and I hope to see at least 1/2 more hess's before the end of the season

We are one club with a genuine eye on the future, our team that has not been stereotyped are going places, full of young men with pace, maybe we won't get promoted this year but not a dogs chance we are going down, I just hope we can hold on to our gems next summer, players will wont to play for us when they realise you don't have to be 6' 5 and a slugger to get a game.

You never know mistert, now old man Hess has full time employment and has a regular wage coming in, she may think time is right for Some nest building!

Indeed, muppet. In fact, it could even be looked upon as an investment. A bit like investing in a pension.

How many Hess's do we need?

If anything like the old man then 4/5 will suffice, but if mrs h can eat something to make them a bit taller then 10/11

I'd have had a whole team of the Hess's that played in our first couple of seasons in the championship.

Might need a few a little let feisty though as may end games a little light on the player front.

Plus Hess wasn't the tallest and would struggle with all the strikers trying to lob him all the time.
