Something has to change. last season he done well with Allen's squad, now he has brought his own squad and things are looking really bad with some poor signings with Egan being the only exception. If something doesn't change now we will go down that's for sure. I have backed the manager and the players all season but now he is impossible to stand by but I will always back the boys in a gills shirt no matter who is in charge. Let's hope things turn around quickly

I still don't think that Scally will sack Taylor, unless the gates start to fall as i feel people will lose patience sooner rather than later..
Luckily we have an Fa Cup game at home next Saturday with cheaper tickets, so we should get a fair gate as Bristol City will no doubt bring a few.
It would of been interesting to of seen the next home gate if it had been a league game..
This season up to now has been very disappointing to say the least

Taylor stays and relegation is a certainty! Scally took the easy option in employing him and sadly we heading back down! We need a strong manager to get us out of this situation abd unfortunately due to fear of confrontation Scally will not employ that sort of individual! That is the problem at the club any strong personality will rock Taylor and Scallys boat but thats what Gills need otherwise Conference football in the next few seasons could be a distinct possability! Egos will be Gills downfall!!!

Can someone who was there tell me why PT took 2 experienced players off. At the time the statistics showed that we were on top shot wise but as soon as the young lads came on the balance shifted for the first time to them.

Taylor is a poor tactician and he has not stayed at clubs long enough to prove himself because the clubs know he ain't up to it , so now at the gills , he showing his true self and being a poor manager, bye bye Taylor, everyone has lost faith in you, including yourself, so make it easy for yourself and leave please.

He won't resign and he def won't be sacked, the only way he will go is if a bigger club calls for him, which lets be honest, is not going to happen, Our great club under PS, PT and AH is only heading one way, and it is not up.

Listened to his post match interview, loads of no comments , excuses aplenty, I almost wet myself with the crap coming from his mouth, good first half, need a bit of luck, better quality, players did not do their job, fight like mad, keep trying, stop talking bull shite and leave my club you idiot, we all up to here with your foolish comments, time after time, no more excuses and leave now before you damage the club even more, even loft does not want to play for you, once you leave, just watch us change for the better. Mark my words

Dear Mr Taylor I have just read your comments on your team's latest debacle in which you blame all the usual suspects except yourself. The only surprise is that you omitted to blame me. You see at the start of the season, after a break of several years, I was deluded enough to buy a season ticket. So, it's obvious that I am a Jonah and it's all my fault that we are sliding into League 2. However, if you will give me my money back I will be glad to promise never to darken your dugout again. Yours etc...

For me, the tipping point is going to be Leyton Orient at home. While I still completely disagree with the disproportionate response to us narrowly losing to a team who haven't lost at home all season, I think that an inability to beat a team who are only a couple of points above us when we're playing at home will beg the question - just who are we capable of beating ?
At the start of the season, we had an ex-England U21 manager who seemed to be attracting a young, energetic squad who were going to play passing football on our newly-laid pitch. Now, 16 games later, we seem to have a shell-shocked bunch of strangers who don't seem to know what's hit them. I really want it to work out. I want PT and AH - two men who I believe are Gillingham supporters above all else - to start getting the wins their dedication deserves. But if the wins don't come, for whatever reason, I'm afraid that there will have to be a change sooner rather than later.

Nice piece mistert, I am hoping for the wins to come soon so we can move forward with what we have and can forget about the drastic changes being demanded.
