Disappointing result against mid-table Barnsley. Just like us to lose at home when a win seems more likely. They had good form also lately too. That's football for you. Awaiting match report before more comments. BBC said Nelson parried the shot straight to the scorer. Parried or spilled? Big difference. Nelson blows hot and cold IMO. Saves our behinds with saves and then looks like Widow Twankey on acid sometimes.

Today too many players were off their game. We struggled to impose ourselves in the game and once they scored, I couldn't really see us winning the game. The build up play disjointed and far too many misplaced passes to mention. Dack and ehmer where our 2.best players today but Jake Hessenthaler and doug loft were both awful and have been pretty much all season.
on current form Jake Hessenthaler and doug loft should not be first team players. Will Edinburgh drop Jake ? his dad should tell our new boss his son is proving to be a liability and I really had high hopes for loft but for some reason he has been poor all season , are you man enough to drop our captain ??
These are the difficult decisions that our new boss will have to rectify quickly if we are thinking about the playoffs.
I left the game very disappointed indeed against a average team.

It's getting to the stage where I could write your posts. You love it when we don't win, don't you.

Let it go Mistert. Greenhillgill's approach is by far the best.

Yes, I was there. Don't have much to say TBH, you know, if you haven't got anything nice to day....And I'm struggling to get past the ridiculous shirt incident!

Let it go Mistert. Greenhillgill's approach is by far the best. You're right, of course. Just annoys me, that''s all. Sometimes I just feel I have to respond. But, as the title of this thread reminds us, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one.

The run had to stop at some point, but that was a awful way to lose it. 9 players well off their game and looking like they had never met each other before.

Mistert.... love it when we don't win.
Did you go to the game versus barnsley ??
I think if you watched the game like my friends and I did, you may have noticed where the main weakness is in our squad, it's the midfield area and our captain and assistant managers son who need a rest. It not just this game but over the course of the season they have disappointed. Yes, our good run has ended and hopefully we can start another one tomorrow evening.
I am sure Edinburgh would have learned plenty from barnsleys defeat and I hope macglashan starts but I head to the game with friends from Woking who are attending as my guest.
Hopefully 2-0 would be lovely result.
