Still not convinced of the overall reasons for this, surely the loan system is better for up and coming players.

Can only think that it is more beneficial for them to have more games for their parent clubs than being on loan. However, can not see any benefit to be derived by the clubs currently playing in the JPT, other than increased revenue at the expense of creating more fixtures. having said that is the increase in revenue worthwhile in view of the low gates attending extra transportation/adminstration costs etc.
