So looking forward to a humdinger of a game on Saturday so was disappointed.

Surely no-one can believe he meant to score that. It was just a fluke. Nelson would have been off his line expecting a cross so couldn't have got to it anyway. In retrospect it was another point towards the 50 mark so let's just be grateful we drew as, with the conditions as bad as they were, anything could have happened.

Why on earth did they water the pitch at halftime when players were slipping and sliding all over the place or was the centre of the playing area harder than the wings and goalmouths.

That is what I was wondering swingfieldgill I am in the Gordon Road Stand and it was saturated along the edge with puddles. They tried to clear it with forks at half time having made it worse with the extra water. Very strange indeed.
