With Justin's statement on OS saying that Glenn Morris will continue in goal one wonders what has happen to Nelson.Tom Hadler recalled if Nelson is not on the bench tongues will wag.I am more than happy Glenn has finally got a few games to impress. Although I would agree the timing seem strange so near yet so far.In my view he is the best back up keeper we have had for sometime. With Hadler looking to impress having appeared for England at youth level JE something has to give in that department. As it would make every sense to use Hadler as the backup keeper next season.Calling on a loan for long term injury.Releasing Morris at the end of the season without a real chance would leave him the unluckiest keeper in a Gills shirt for many years.A few games rest may be needed to fire Nelson back to what he was last season he will be hungry to get his number one jersey back.

Today's games versus a crawley side is going to be tough. I hope it's a open game where both side give it a go, because a draw is no good for anybody and JE is trying out some fringe players again. I hope marquis and cody play together because Norris isn't up to much but let dickenson play and see how he does.
Interesting game.

Agree 888 tough game, that we basically don't want to lose. A draw keeps the status quo so better for us than them. P.s. Hope McLeod gets injured and long term, sorry can't forgive him for the Richards incident-scum
