Why does Edinburgh offer no explanation as to why he has started Norris in the last three games ? If he wants to win at home, or anywhere else, it would help to start with his best strikers !

For a change an away manager praising us saying a "very good team", only this time he must have done his interview after a few sips of the amber nectar. Mr Alexander we were rubbish.

I think thats my lot for the season other than maybe Notts County. I am on a holiday for Rochdale and Grand National clashes with Bradford game! Good luck to the rest of our support but I am not paying good money to watch the rubbish served up yesterday!!

Right lets get this right I would never support kin Barcelona ,English clubs only for me ,England and Gills in that order!! I am entitled to my opinion and yesterday was S???,hopefully once Justin brings in his own managerial team things will improve! Thankfully though I havn't bought a season ticket so will come and go when I want!

I dunno about JE bringing in his own managerial team. Home form was better under the gang of four. However I do not mean this to be a criticism of Justin who is still in the very early stages of his reign at Gills but I think the 4 should be given credit for their changes ehich brought us from the brink of relegation.

I am wondering what exactly the structure of the management team is. I think in recent weeks, it's become clear that Lovell was the most important of the gang of four and that Hess can do no wrong in the chairman's eyes.
I hope JE is being given full autonomy and brought his own ideas but I'm afraid the team is starting to look a lot like a Hess team again, which it didn't under the gang.

I agree technical and exactly what we said amongst ourselves on Friday. JE will be judged on next season and quite rightly so and I am sure he will have full control next season which is what he needs.
