Not about Gills, but it is football, so I hope it's OK.
David Cameron has had a little slip up. He appears to have forgotten he supports Aston Villa and referred to West Ham in their place.
I get that you can get muddled over which team you're pretending to support but how is that even possible if you have a modicum of interest in the sport?
Perhaps it's just amazing that a man from his background even knows West Ham and Villa play in the same colours and we should be grateful that he didn't say Scunthorpe? Mind you, bet he couldn't tell you thier colours! IMO this is another of his patronising "we're all in it together" nonsense, got to have a team, like the little people do, but I realise others will have different opinions

Totally agree. "Brain fade" my @rse. Anyone who supports a football club (and I mean actually support, rather than simply aligning yourself with because someone in your PR department has told you that's what ordinary people do) knows that you are no more likely to forget their name than you are that of your mother. The man's a fraud who has been left unable to feel empathy towards others as a consequence of passing through the public school system.
(In my opinion)
