Not there, seems to be shocking with nothing we can do about it. Whether it's these load of cart horses or Clem I still don't know but I see what Cotteril is starting to do at Forest Green and I wonder. Obviously Walker is not Clems man, and he looks bad also. So the usual, the Chairman, secretly, or the lousy recruitment team openly, sign dross. Now I see a defender has once again scored for us and most likely we'll draw, or still lose by conceding again. I was beginning to think maybe Clem had something, now I'm wondering again. A deaw at this stage is not acceptable. The speed is really not acceptable and we just aren't at it. Appalling really.

Mahoney has given him a huge problem.
Could never understand why he’s managed to settle on a formation that makes it hard to accommodate our most creative player

Awful first half, but very good second with lots of excitement and in the end we should have nicked it.
As you say Hess, Mahoney will give SC food for thought with his much more direct approach that scares defenders and with him on the ball our play does speed up.
There is room for more than one formation and today’s proved that.

Having blamed himself for not making any changes to the starting 11 at Barrow, unbelievably we started with the same 11. Nadesan was absolutely shocking and the 1st half was terrible. Credit he changed things at half time, arguably he could have done that earlier. 4-4-2 worked and Mahoney was a menace. We are a mid table side, I can’t see us troubling the play offs. Anyone know why the ‘winner’ was scrubbed off? The lino looked like he was running back to the half way line.

Exactly Lenny. I wonder how those two coaches think sometimes. How stupid!! Really how stupid. Nadesan is shocking, he has to go, for now, drop him. Lapslie has been a mare since he came here, get shot. Do something bleeding different. As for what we'll do up front on Tuesday? Risk of Andrews and Jorge for second half of season is a disaster and that's before injury. I just don't see how Clem can't find a way to coach these players, but maybe they re that bad. Whys he playing Nadesan? Absolute no hoper, I'd be tempted to put Ogie or Mckenzie up front, can't be any worse!?
Obviously Mahoney can unlock but he's got to be allowed to attack, let him loose and get others to track back. I still think Walker is a Scally and Co cheap loan, Clem doesn't want him. Scally still far too much say, now I hear the B teams finished, so Millen spare, more wasted money. How about getting shot of Scally and his income and Jacket or Hess. Brads probably stuck with Scally for now but we know better.

The Gallinsons are just a front so he doesn't get any stick...

The fiasco of last weekend says it all..
Why make the players travel the length and the country and back in the space of four days ,no wonder they looked knackered.
If the Gallinsons were funding the club at all they would ensure the players stay and train up north for a few days instead of risking their stamina by travelling a round trip of over a 1000 miles..
Oh wait a minute we will give the fans that travel a beer what's that £800;couldn't that have been used to fund places to stay..
As I said stinks of our ex Chairman.
Plus the recruitment team need sacking for bringing in injured players,again a cheap process...

That's right Tjb, why on earth would you come all the way back? No wonder they were knackered! Was that a cheap option? If so Clem must now be realising what he's got himself into. A hotel Premier Inn, paying pre booked cheap rates and a training ground could have been set up weeks ago for goodness sake. What would it have cost, couple of thousand? So he paid the train fares back and forth instead. So ridiculous. What's it all about? Perhaps they wrote off the 3 points in the hope we would beat tranmere, some hope.

Plus I have renewed my season ticket for next season.
I must be mad.
Scally still pulling the strings at the club we ate going nowhere.
Admittedly I renewed so my Grandson could still go but what hope has he got of him seeing Gills succeed..

TWENTY SIX SHOTS, FIVE ON GOAL, a point that puts us back in to the play off's ,what the hell do people want,you have known since before Christmas that we didn't have an automatic play off team,were doing great,we have a new coach learning the job,we didn't bring in the players we should have done last summer, and we couldn't find the goal scorer we needed at Christmas, but we will this summer if we get at least one win in the playoffs.

We have got a manager who struggles with motivating the team and a ex Chairman still in the forefront of decisions which have been shabby(Salford and Barrow away situation) and wrong(recruitment)..

The stats about shots on goal are not symptomatic of how "great" we are doing they are precisely the opposite; they highlight our failing. All the while we continue to rely on Messrs 'I'll back into you and then fall down' Hawkins and 'no discernible footballing ability' Nadesen we will remain the division's (league's ?) lowest scorers.

What we want is some level of consistency and the improved style of play we were promised.
We may go and win at Wimbledon on Tuesday, but if we do, who would bet against Grimsby doing us over?
Does anyone think we’ll get 3/4 goals in those two games? I doubt it.

3 or 4 will mention Scally, sw will moan about Hawkins, some will moan about sc. And there's the odd random complaint - this week it's someone moaning about free beer! Work that out.

This team is what it is, we're underperforming by a couple of league positions.

Please educate me about Hawkins ...a striker who can't score, a big guy who falls down at the slightest touch, a so-called aerial threat who can't hit the target from six yards. a provider who's got 1 assist all season.
