Coming off almost two weeks of "rest",I would hope the Gills come out with all guns blazing,scoring in the first fifteen minutest ,followed by a couple more during the second half for a 3-1 win. But I would take any score as long as we get 3 points,but it sure would be nice to score two or three in one game.

Been watching progress now 1-2 down, been here before havent we, no discipline, poor, regardless of jacketts departure and thoughts of better recruitment, I can't see Bonner getting past this, we have Jacketts money to get a better manager, and nows the time, November end, thats what I said, surely it's now.

I would put Hess and Dunne in charge of first team duties then get someone in december, some additions in jan.

It’s getting hard to defend.
2 weeks on the training pitch, players back, same old.
If they do make a change, they need to get someone proper, not a nice young face fits. Ainsworth has gone elsewhere now which is a shame, but I’m pretty sure Warburton is still available

It's only a matter of time before our PE teacher is removed.
Can't have Hess and Dunne as caretaker because Hessie is a legend, but he part of the Scally Clan and Dunne done nothing at Newport with Coughlan. I lived in Newport at the time Dunne was there, he was pants and we brought him back. Not a good idea.

Here is a thought spend some money and I don't mean the few quid they spent bringing people in this past summer,and buy some REAL players.. Oh thats silly were out of any anger of being relegated so lets just carry on as we are. Nothing to worry about here folks the Lover-ball looses are just happy to be in the fourth division,playing teams like Harrogate. Just think it was only about 15 years ago we were playing Brighton and Hove Albion,and Bournemouth,they played each other in the Premier Division today, and we played mighty Harrogate.

We need a proper harden manager, not the likes of Clemences and now Bonner who are just way below football league standard or even National league.
We have already lost 4 games at home so far, you can honestly see that we gonna lose at least another 4 or 5, if we perserve with this fella.
At the moment Gills playing every week,
in the hope, rather than expectation.
Its a huge concern, when anything less than top 7 is a failure.
We just can't carry on with MB anymore, it's so obvious that he doesn't have a clue how to set teams up and his tactics are even worst.

I honestly don't believe any manager will make a decent team out of this lot. No pace, no creativity, no physicality and no goalscorers. You can criticise tactics and set up but you can't disguise sheer lack of ability no matter what you do.
